Status & Roadmap

Status and trust roadmap

An honest snapshot of where SalesOps stands today and what is next. This page is updated when material items are completed or added.

Current status

SalesOps is currently operating normally. A machine-monitored, publicly-accessible status page is on the roadmap; until then, service-affecting incidents are communicated by email to workspace administrators and, where relevant, through in-app notices.

We deliberately do not publish uptime percentages here. We would rather publish verifiable, monitored numbers than approximate them. See Reliability for the underlying architecture.

Recent incidents

No customer-impacting incidents recorded in the current reporting window.
