Scope
This policy applies to every User and workspace on the SalesOps platform. Customers are responsible for their Users' compliance.
Prohibited use
You may not use SalesOps to:
- Break applicable law, including anti-spam, privacy, employment, competition, and export-control law.
- Infringe intellectual-property or publicity rights.
- Access, probe, or test the vulnerability of the platform without written authorization.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, rate limits, or platform quotas.
- Distribute malware, ransomware, or unlawful surveillance software.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from SalesOps other than through documented interfaces.
- Resell, rent, or sublicense SalesOps except as permitted under a signed agreement.
Prohibited content
Do not upload or store in SalesOps:
- Highly sensitive personal information such as health records, biometric templates, payment-card numbers, government identification numbers, or criminal-record information.
- Passwords or credentials for third-party systems.
- Sexually explicit content, content that exploits minors, or content that incites violence or discrimination.
- Information that was collected unlawfully or in breach of a duty of confidence.
Outbound communications
Communications sent from a SalesOps workspace must comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act, and comparable laws in your recipients' jurisdictions. See our Anti-Spam Policy.
AI-assisted features
Users may not use AI-assisted features to generate content that violates this policy, and may not paste highly sensitive information into AI-assisted fields. See Responsible AI.
Enforcement
SalesOps may suspend or terminate access for confirmed policy violations, cooperate with law enforcement, and preserve evidence. Where possible, SalesOps will provide notice and an opportunity to cure before suspension for non-safety-related violations.
