What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies such as local storage. Together we refer to these as "cookies" in this policy.
Cookie categories we use
- Strictly Necessary. Required to run SalesOps: authentication, session management, security, and load balancing. Cannot be disabled.
- Functional. Remember non-essential preferences such as theme, language, and dismissed notices to improve the experience.
- Analytics. Aggregate, privacy-respecting product and marketing analytics used to improve SalesOps. Not currently active on the marketing site.
- Advertising. Advertising and cross-site measurement technologies. Not currently active on the marketing site.
How we obtain consent
Strictly necessary cookies load immediately because SalesOps cannot function without them. In Canada, the EU, EEA, UK, and other consent-based jurisdictions, non-essential analytics and advertising technologies are not loaded until you provide consent. Rejecting non-essential cookies is exactly as easy as accepting. Access to SalesOps is never conditional on accepting non-essential cookies.
How to manage your preferences
Open your preferences at any time using the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer or by clicking the button below. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings; note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may break SalesOps.
Third-party services
When enabled, optional analytics or advertising cookies may be set by our subprocessors. The current list is maintained at /legal/subprocessors. Not every analytics provider listed as an industry option is active on the SalesOps marketing site — only those verified in the codebase and listed in the subprocessor page will place cookies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date.
