Purpose

SalesOps offers AI-assisted features to help sales professionals draft, summarize, and prioritize their work. AI features are productivity assistants; they are not autonomous decision-makers.

AI-assisted features

  • Drafting personalized cold emails and call briefs.
  • Summarizing meeting notes and follow-ups.
  • Sales-plan reasoning and prospect prioritization.
  • Business-card OCR extraction.
  • Weekly-report narrative summaries.

Providers

SalesOps' primary AI provider is OpenAI. See /legal/subprocessors for the current disclosed list of AI providers and other subprocessors.

Data sent to providers

When a User invokes an AI-assisted feature, SalesOps sends the provider only the information required to complete the request — for example, a specific prospect's name and role for a cold-email draft, or the text of a specific note for a summary. SalesOps does not send an entire workspace to an AI provider.

Training and improvement

SalesOps does not train foundation models. SalesOps does not use one customer's confidential workspace data to train models for another customer, and does not use customer content to train a shared SalesOps model, unless the customer has expressly agreed in writing. AI-provider-side retention and training-opt-out settings are configured in line with each provider's business-tier defaults.

User and admin controls

  • Workspace administrators may request that AI features be disabled for their workspace.
  • Users may decline to use an AI draft and may freely edit any output before use.
  • AI usage is logged for operational and abuse-prevention purposes and retained only as long as needed.

Limitations

  • AI outputs are drafts and may contain factual errors, awkward phrasing, or outdated information.
  • SalesOps AI features are not audited against any specific regulatory AI framework and are not intended as high-risk automated decision-making systems.
  • AI-feature availability depends on the availability of upstream AI providers.

Human review

Every AI-drafted outbound artifact (cold email, call brief) is presented for User review, approval, and editing before it can be used. SalesOps AI features never send email or place calls autonomously.
