Scope
SalesOps is a business-to-business platform. Where SalesOps handles personal information about its customers' Contacts on the customer's behalf, SalesOps acts as a "service provider" under the CCPA. This notice principally addresses information SalesOps collects as a business — for example, information about visitors to our marketing site and account/billing information about our customers' Users.
Categories of personal information
Within the last 12 months, SalesOps may have collected the following CCPA categories:
- Identifiers (name, work email, account identifiers).
- Commercial information (subscription and billing metadata).
- Internet or other electronic network activity (log data, cookies where consented).
- Geolocation, only where a User intentionally submits a location-enabled visit.
- Professional or employment information (role, workspace membership).
- Inferences drawn from the above to operate and improve the service.
Business and commercial purposes
SalesOps uses personal information to provide, secure, and improve the platform; to authenticate Users; to process billing; to communicate with customers; to prevent fraud and abuse; and to comply with legal obligations. See the SalesOps Privacy Policy for details.
Sale and sharing
SalesOps does not sell personal information for money, and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising as those terms are defined by the CCPA.
Sensitive personal information
SalesOps does not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require the right-to-limit disclosure under the CPRA.
Your California rights
- Right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and share.
- Right to delete personal information we have collected from you.
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (not applicable — SalesOps does not do either).
- Right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information (not applicable in the manner described above).
- Right of non-retaliation for exercising CCPA rights.
How to exercise your rights
Submit requests to info@salesops.ca. We may need to verify your identity before responding. If your information sits inside a customer's workspace, we will route your request to that customer.

SalesOps does not share personal information with third parties for their direct-marketing purposes.
