Trust Center

Trust is built into SalesOps.

Explore how SalesOps approaches security, privacy, responsible AI, data governance, reliability, and compliance for modern sales organizations.

A note on maturity. SalesOps is continuously developing its security and compliance program. This Trust Center distinguishes between controls currently implemented, capabilities available by agreement, and items on our security roadmap.

Where SalesOps stands today

A restrained, factual summary.

We list controls and practices we can substantiate today. Items on the roadmap are shown explicitly on their detailed pages.

  • Primary infrastructure region: Germany.
  • Standard backup retention: approximately one month.
  • Customer account information may be retained for up to one year after termination, subject to the applicable agreement and legal obligations.
  • Workspace export is supported.
  • Workspace administrators can request permanent deletion.
  • Records designated for permanent deletion are intended to be removed from active systems as promptly as reasonably possible; deletion from active production systems and expiration from backups may occur on different schedules.
  • AI-assisted features provide recommendations and drafts rather than autonomous final decisions.
  • Visit geolocation is captured only when a user intentionally submits a visit; SalesOps does not continuously track employee location.
  • Customer-uploaded files, photos, and business-card information may be stored.
  • Users must not upload highly sensitive or unlawfully obtained information.
