Australia Privacy Notice

This notice supplements the SalesOps Privacy Policy for individuals in Australia under the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Scope

Where SalesOps handles personal information about individuals in Australia, we do so in a manner consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Collection and use

SalesOps collects personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. We collect information directly from Users and, where customers upload contact information about their business relationships, indirectly through those customers.

Overseas disclosure

Personal information may be disclosed to overseas recipients, including our subprocessors in the European Union, the United States, and other jurisdictions where our providers operate. See /legal/subprocessors for the current list.

Access and correction

Individuals may request access to, and correction of, their personal information held by SalesOps. Submit requests to info@salesops.ca. Where the information sits inside a customer's workspace, we will route the request to that customer.

Complaints

To make a privacy complaint, contact info@salesops.ca. If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
