Commitment
SalesOps is a productivity tool for professional sales teams. It is not a bulk-email platform. SalesOps does not permit the platform to be used to send unsolicited bulk commercial messages.
User obligations
- Send commercial electronic messages only where you have an appropriate legal basis, such as express or implied consent under CASL, an existing business relationship, or the recipient's prior clear request.
- Identify yourself accurately and provide a clear way for the recipient to opt out.
- Honour unsubscribe requests promptly.
- Do not use SalesOps to purchase, rent, or send to lists of individuals who have not consented to receive your communications.
CASL, CAN-SPAM, and comparable laws
You are responsible for complying with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation, the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act, the EU ePrivacy rules, the UK PECR, and other laws applicable to your recipients. SalesOps does not opine on your specific compliance posture and does not act as your legal advisor.
Unsubscribe requests
SalesOps' AI-drafted email features are intended to help draft a message that a User personally reviews and sends from their own email account. Unsubscribe handling is the sender's responsibility, and must be honoured through the sender's own mail systems.
Mail sent by SalesOps itself
Transactional emails from SalesOps (account, billing, product notices) are sent under a legitimate business relationship. Marketing emails from SalesOps include an unsubscribe link; see also /unsubscribe.
