Reliability

Reliability at SalesOps

SalesOps is built on managed cloud services with strong default resilience. This page describes what our reliability program covers today, and what is on our roadmap.

In Development

Architecture

The SalesOps application runs on globally-distributed edge hosting, with a managed Postgres database in the European Union (Germany) and managed authentication and object storage from the same platform provider. AI features are provided through a small, disclosed set of upstream providers.

Availability

  • Target availability

SalesOps targets high availability for the web application during business hours. We do not currently publish a contractual uptime SLA outside of signed enterprise agreements.

    Policy Commitment
  • Managed provider SLAs

The underlying database, authentication, and hosting providers publish their own availability commitments.

    Current Control
  • Independent, real-time status page

    Planned
Historic uptime numbers on this page are not published. We prefer to publish verifiable data or nothing, and are building a monitored status page before making public uptime claims.

Backups

  • Managed database point-in-time recovery

Provider-managed backups are retained for approximately one month.

    Current Control
  • Regular backup restoration testing

    In Development
  • Cross-region backup replication

    Planned

Incident response

When an availability or security incident is detected or reported, SalesOps prioritizes containment, customer communication, and post-incident review. We commit to notify affected customers of confirmed security incidents without unreasonable delay, in a manner consistent with applicable law and our contractual obligations.

Business continuity

  • Runs entirely on managed cloud services

    Current Control
  • Documented disaster-recovery runbook

    In Development
  • Annual continuity exercise

    Planned

Status communication

Until a real-time status page is available, service incidents are communicated by email to workspace administrators and, where relevant, through in-app notices. See our status and roadmap page.
