Ownership
Customer workspace content — including companies, contacts, deals, notes, tasks, files, and business-card scans — is owned by the customer. SalesOps processes that content in order to operate the service.
Residency
The primary SalesOps database region is Germany. Approved subprocessors may process information in other regions as disclosed at /legal/subprocessors. SalesOps does not currently offer contractual country-specific data residency outside of signed enterprise agreements.
Retention
Active workspace content
Retained for the life of the customer's subscription and up to one year afterward, subject to the applicable agreement and legal obligations.
Current ControlManaged database backups
Approximately one month of point-in-time recovery, managed by our database provider.
Current ControlApplication activity logs
Retained for a limited operational window sufficient for security and support purposes.
Current ControlMarketing website analytics
Marketing analytics are not active on the SalesOps marketing site at this time.
Not Applicable
Deletion
Workspace administrators can request permanent deletion of their workspace. Records approved for permanent deletion are removed from active production systems as promptly as reasonably possible. Backup copies may remain until the applicable backup expires. Deletion may be delayed where retention is legally required, necessary to resolve disputes, protect security, or enforce agreements.
Portability
Customers can export workspace data through the SalesOps application. Where a bulk export is required, workspace administrators can request assistance from info@salesops.ca.
Subprocessors
SalesOps maintains a public list of the third-party service providers used to operate the platform. See /legal/subprocessors.
