Scope
This commitment applies to the SalesOps web application and its documented server functions. It does not apply to third-party providers used to operate or extend the platform. See Subprocessors.
Availability target
SalesOps targets high availability of the platform during business hours. SalesOps does not publish a contractual monthly uptime percentage on this page. Enterprise customers requiring a defined uptime commitment and service-credit mechanism should request an addendum by contacting info@salesops.ca.
Exclusions
The availability target does not apply to disruption caused by:
- Scheduled maintenance announced in advance.
- Force-majeure events.
- Third-party services outside of SalesOps' reasonable control (including customer-configured integrations, AI providers, email providers, mapping providers, and hosting providers) beyond SalesOps' ability to reasonably mitigate.
- Customer misuse, breach of the Terms or Acceptable Use Policy, or abuse of the platform.
- Beta or preview features expressly labelled as such.
Incident communication
Service-affecting incidents are communicated by email to workspace administrators and, where relevant, by in-app notices. See our status and roadmap page.
Support
SalesOps provides email-based support to customers. Response-time targets and support tiers vary by plan and, where applicable, by signed agreement.
Enterprise agreements
Enterprise customers may negotiate additional service-level terms, including defined uptime percentages, service credits, and escalation paths, as part of a signed order.
