"SalesOps" and the SalesOps logo are trademarks of SalesOps. The SalesOps platform, its source code, and its designs are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Third-party names and logos referenced on SalesOps materials are trademarks of their respective owners. Their inclusion identifies technologies or services used by SalesOps and does not imply sponsorship, certification, or endorsement.

Customers retain ownership of the content they upload to SalesOps. Customers grant SalesOps a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the platform.

To report content on SalesOps that you believe infringes your intellectual-property rights, send a written notice to info@salesops.ca including:

• Your name, address, and contact details.
• Identification of the work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material to be removed and enough information to locate it.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

If content you posted was removed and you believe the removal was in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the address above with equivalent information.
