Commitment
Accessibility is treated as a first-class design and engineering concern, not a checkbox exercise. New features are reviewed for keyboard navigation, focus management, colour contrast, screen-reader support, and reduced-motion behaviour.
Standards
SalesOps targets WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We have not yet obtained an independent third-party accessibility conformance report (VPAT / ACR); we plan to commission one as our accessibility program matures.

Known gaps
- Some complex data tables in the application do not yet expose full row/column semantics to assistive technology.
- Certain map-based features are not fully usable without a pointing device; alternative flows are being designed.
- Not every component has been individually audited for full screen-reader parity.
Feedback
Accessibility feedback is welcome and treated as high priority. Please contact info@salesops.ca with a short description of the issue and, if possible, the browser and assistive technology in use.
